About Me - Danuta Phillips
I am Danuta a mummy to 3. I have worked in the fitness industry for my entire working career. 

 I’ve tried and tested most things out there but nothing prepares you for the changes that come after having a baby, life is busier than ever and the mental, emotional and physical changes can be overwhelming.

My first pregnancy with my daughter Isabella was a very traumatic experience she was sadly stillborn at full term. 

On Isabella’s 4th anniversary I wanted to give something back, care, love and attention I couldn’t give to her. 

So I reached out to other mummy’s, women and friends who were looking for guidance and support to achieve their fitness goals. 

Team MPF was created. It was a free group that is now as a pay monthly membership. I’m doing what I love and all for my angel Isabella.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon after having my baby can I join?
Once you have had your 6week check with your GP and they have said it is safe for you to exercise.

Do I need access to a gym to do the workouts?

What equipment do I need?
At set of dumbbells are needed. f you are eager to start then you could use items you already have in your home, eg. tins, water bottles etc.

How many live workouts do you do per week?
2 real time live workouts each week, Tuesday & Thursdays at 6am ALL lives are saved so you have access to over 500 workouts on demand for when suits you. 

What if I can't make the live workouts?
All live workouts are saved to the Team MPF Group. 

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime. There is no minimum subscription.
